Charitable Purpose

Create engaging, significant conservation projects that have real impact on the conservation values of Farewell Spit, Wharariki and environs that are also beneficial to the community and public visiting Farewell Spit. Carry out such activities which protect and encourage people to interface with indigenous flora and fauna. Further the community’s education of environmental and conservation values. Carry out such other charitable purposes within New Zealand as the Trustees shall determine from time to time.
