Charitable Purpose

The Purpose of the trust is to hold the capital of the Trust in perpetuity for the people and community. The Trust works to advance the beneficiaries through the relief of poverty, advancement of Education, promotion of health and other such charitable purposes beneficial to the community subject to the restrictions and conditions set out in section 218 of the Te Ture Whenua Act 1993.
