The general purpose of the trust is to advance digital life. It looks to engage children and families in the Waimate district and community with learning both at school and at home through digital means. It looks to develop learning infrastructure and programmes.

Entity Structure

The trust is registered under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957. It is governed by a Board of Trustees comprising not less than three and not more than eleven trustees. Trustees are appointed with consideration to knowledge and skills, their affinity with the Waimate community and key stakeholders.
