We do this by: Developing and Providing Educational & Social Services; Supporting people & organizations involved in charitable communal services; and Supporting and assisting people during times of hardship.

Entity Structure

We have a head office based in Auckland. In accordance with our Trust Deed rules, we currently have three Trustees that constitute our Governance Board, including three executive positions: president/CEO, treasurer and secretary. Operational Structure: Our operations are managed by our CEO, who is the only full-time paid employee of the Trust. Volunteers together with our CEO in carrying out the work.
