Promote the preservation and management of the Golden Bay Grandstand for the benefit and enjoyment of the public at the Takaka Recreation Park as an intrinsic part of an area which possesses cultural, archaeological, community and heritage value. 2. Assist in the preservation and restoration of the heritage Golden Bay Grandstand as an essential public amenity. 3. Raise funds and provide funding for the matters in 1. and 2.
