Entity Structure

The Trust is incorporated under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957. It will receive donations from the Christ Circle Trust (and others), a trust also incorporated under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 for charitable purposes, which owns the vessel Steadfast, and leases it to the Trust. The Trust pursues its aims in cooperation with the New Zealand Maritime Studies Centre, and with public support.
