Charitable Purpose

Acquire and hold assets to enable financial assistance through fundraising, for the support of the educational needs of the children of Glenham School, that would otherwise be unobtainable; To promote communication and cooperation between parents, teachers and the wider community for the welfare of the students and prospective students of Glenham school. Do anything necessary or helpful to the above purposes.

Entity Structure

The Society hasa committee comprising the following persons: The Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, one Staff member and such other Members as the Society shall decide. At least half of the committee must have an active involvement in the school. There shall be a minimum of three Committee Members, in addition to the Officers.
