Charitable Purpose

The Trustees stand possessed of the Trust Fund on trust total and income of the trust Fund as the Trustee think fit exclusively for or towards the relief of poverty, advancement of education and advancement of religion or any one or more purposes which are charitable in accordance with the law of New Zealand.

Entity Structure

We have an office based at 49 Hollyford Drive, Auckland. We currently have 4 Trustees that constitute our governance board, including three executive positions: chairperson, treasurer and secretary. We are affiliated with a GP clinic, MaxCare Medical Centre, which provides support but does not control or in any way direct our operations.
