To advance education and increase the public's understanding of copyright related issues by providing seminars on topics and organising regular conferences with themes relating to copyright issues and copyright rights. Also, to be beneficial to the community by developing and providing programmes promoting knowledge of copyright rights and the nature of copyright protections.
