Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the Company is to provide aged care and health services in the Waitaki District and specifically will operate the Rendell on Reed aged care facility at Reed Street, Oamaru. Rendell on Reed closed 7th August 2017, therefore company has now ceased operations and is being closed.
