Charitable Purpose
a) maintain and develop a symphony orchestra or symphony orchestras in which aspiring musicians of school-going age, primarily from Tauranga and environs, rehearse and perform public concerts;
b) provide an opportunity for said musicians to gain experience playing in a symphony orchestra, and to enhance their musical skills;
c) promote the active and passive appreciation and enjoyment of live orchestral music in Tauranga;
d) do anything necessary or helpful to the above purposes.
