Charitable Purpose

Entity Structure

We are based in Auckland North. Our trust deed states that the Trust shall be administered by a Board of Trustees (“the Board”) who shall be accountable to and elected by members of the Trust. The Board shall consist of not less than five (5) nor more than nine (9) members. We currently have five Trustees that constitute our governance board, including three executive positions: chairman, treasurer and secretary.
