Entity Structure

Compassion in Action is a Charitable Trust governed by a Board of Trustees, with a minimum of one member. The roles are Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary which are rotated among the Trustees. The Board determines the rules and processes by which the activities of Trust will be executed. The Board convenes a minimum of twice a year and may set up committees for the purpose of operational activities. All amendments to the rules are done by consensus of the Board.
