Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Our purpose is to host, operate and run sporting and other events, including boxing charity and corporate events, to raise funds for suicide prevention in Aotearoa New Zealand. We do not intend to deliver suicide prevention services but will help to fund, partner with and support those organisations that do.

Entity Structure

We intend to be registered as a charitable trust and operate under that. Our primary focus of operation is likely to be boxing based charity events. With that we intend to keep the structure very simple, easy to administer with minimal overhead costs. All trustees will be voluntary ie non-paid directors.
