Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The Trust is established to encourage young New Zealanders to develop a practice in the artform of photography. The programmes the trust runs will be designed to give teenagers a voice, empower them, and develop them personally, culturally, and creatively. It will encourage youth to be self-confident, empathetic, ethical and aware. It will provide young New Zealanders with a ‘visual voice’.

Entity Structure

The Board of Trustees has a minimum of five and a maximum of ten Trustees. The Board of Trustees will employ staff as they see fit to facilitate the Purposes of the Trust.
