Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The charitable objects and purposes of the Trust are as follows: (a) To promote public awareness of the benefits of student involvement in sport. (b) Promoting success and achievement by youth in sporting and educational settings. (c) To liaise and work in partnership with other organisations providing education and sport opportunities for youth. (d) To carry our other activities consistent with the charitable objectives of the organisations

Entity Structure

The board of trustees shall be not less than three, nor more five Trustees. We currently have 3 that cover the key executive positions of Chairman, Treasurer and secretary. We are based in Wellington however our operations are are Nationwide. We liaise with other educational and sporting bodies throughout NZ to help provide a positive voice for youth in the sporting context.
