Charitable Purpose

TO ESTABLISH A FULLY SUSTAINBLE, FULLY ACCESSIBLE PUBLIC ART EVENT WITH THE THEME OF LIGHT CONNECTING ART, TECHNOLOGY, AND DESIGN. & THAT THIS EVENT WILL INSPIRE THE INTERACTION, EDUCATION, AND PARTICIPATION OF THE QUEENSTOWN LAKES AND CENTRAL OTAGO COMMUNITIES

Entity Structure

The Trust will be administered by a Board of Trustees. The Initial Signatories of the Trust deed shall form the Trust with further Trustees able to be appointed to a mz of 10. Activities shall be limited to New Zealand with all funds or income, received or paid out, consistent with the Trust Deed and its Charitable purpose.
