Entity Structure

The Mafutaga is governed by an Executive Committee consisting of the Chairperson, Secretary, and the Treasurer. The Executive Committee is supported by Advisory Committee who deal with operational matters until the next Annual General Meeting. The Executive Committee meets monthly but the Advisory Committee meets quarterly. Decision making is done by either consensus or by vote at Quarterly and Annual General Meeting.
