Charitable Purpose

Manabadi is a non-profit community organization established in Auckland, New Zealand. The main objective of Manabadi is to provide resources for telugu literature and language learning activities for New Zealand based telugu speaking community kids, adults and/or any other interested community groups.

Entity Structure

New trustees can be proposed and appointed by existing trustees in annual general meeting or in a special general meeting with the majority voting. Trustees can leave manabadi at any time with one month prior notice. Volunteers can be appointed by trustees for manabadi learning activities when required. Volunteers can be removed if unsatisfactory or under performance issues found. In the case of volunteers are not available, trustees should perform volunteers duties
