Entity Structure

The Lions Club of Kamo Charitable Trust is run by an elected group of 4 Trustees. The Trust works in conjunction with the Lions Club of Kamo Incorporated to identify assistance programmes for the community of Kamo. The Trustees are all volunteers, with 1 Trustee retiring at each Annual General Meeting (yhat person is eligible to restand for appointment should they choose to do so). The Trustees engage independent contractors as the need arises to assist with the delivery of community services
