Nga Rau Tatangi Ltd is established for the Charitable purpose of relieving poverty by providing affordable and social housing. Provide safe, healthy affordable social housing to improve well being of vulnerable populations within New Zealand. This is achieved by the acquisition and management of assets suitable for social housing

Entity Structure

Nga Rau Tatangi Ltd is governed by a Board of Directors appointed by Te Runanga o Kirikiriroa no less than three directors and no more than five. The secretary and Treasurer can be appointed from amongst themselves or persons who are not directors. The election of the chairperson is held at the first meeting or when a vacancy occurs. The Board will meet at least three times every year The management team consists of 2.5 full time equivalent.
