Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the Trustis to be involved with promoting, implementing and developing, in conjunction with various other stakeholders, learning infrastructure and programmes to be delivered in the Whakaaro Hou Cluster, and will give children and families the opportunity to access appropriate learning tools so that they can benefit from such infrastructure and programmes, both at school and at home.

The Trust was established to serve a cluster of schools, known as the Whakaaro Hou Cluster, which is comprised of Kapiti College, Paraparaumu College, Waikanae School, Kapanui School, Raumati Beach School, Paraparaumu Beach School, Kenakena School, Raumati South School, Paraparaumu School, Kapiti School and Paekakariki School.
