Vision: Whakakotahi i a tatou. The vision implies our collective aspirations for self-determination, indicating our right as a whanau to organise and assert ourselves culturally, socially and economically.
1. To promote the holistic wellbeing of whānau o Te Hokowhitu A Tu, ngā hapū o Te Whānau a Ruataupare, Te Whānau a Te Aotāwarirangi, me te Iwi o Ngāti Porou through kaupapa Māori approaches that strengthen cultural, educational and social outcomes.
2. To preserve, protect, and advance mātauranga Māori through the practice of kaitiakitanga, fostering learning, research, and intergenerational knowledge sharing.
3. To nurture wairua and wellbeing embedding Te Hokowhitu a Tū as the pūtake (foundation) of our kaupapa, creating a future where all systems reflect kaupapa Māori values and deliver ongoing intergenerational impact.
