Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the Foundation is to use assets and funds to promote and assist in the advancement of the education of the pupils at St Mark's School. The Foundation shall apply assets and funds only in accordance with a request or direction given by the Board of Proprietors.

Entity Structure
