Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The objects of the trust shall be to govern, administer and preserve Rengarenga marae with the tautoko of the beneficiaries and the application of any income received in relation to the marae development, for the maintenance and upkeep of Rengarenga marae or for a charitable purpose such as the promotion of health, social, cultural, spiritual or educational wellbeing.
