Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The purposes of the Trust is to raise and manage funds to be applied for the following charitable purposes in New Zealand, more specifically for the area of the West Coast. a) Provide a creative community-based, learning environment b) Create educational opportunities that promote technology, its use and upskilling of c) Create meaningful learning, and career pathways for people through mentoring and collaboration d) Provide a world class-learning model that connects people to a national and global network of learners, innovators and inspirational leaders e) Provide resources and equipment, where the trust sees fit, for the advancement of the goals above The Trustees may from time to time make additional purposes of the Trust as per clause 10.0 Alteration of the Rules.
