Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The purpose of The Illumination Workshop is to use digital media, the internet mixed with live interactive events to deliver essential information to children and their families that supports their mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. Our mission is to encourage our audiences to reach their full potential by utilising the tools that are provided by our life skill programs.

Entity Structure

The Trusts governance is conducted by a board of no less than 3 and no more than 7 people who make decisions collectively. The board has elected a Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary to conduct the reporting obligations of the charity but decisions about the Trusts activities are decided by a majority agreement.
