To provide holistic community and youth development programs of high quality in a broad range of areas, including but not limited to: leadership, health and fitness, cultural and spiritual wellbeing, that are accessible to youth and their families in Aotearoa and around the world.

Entity Structure

Outback Community Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees. Each program (Outback Gym, Unleashing the Vault & Enable) has its own Director. Each Program Director leads a team of volunteer mentors and trainers responsible for program planning and delivery. Directors report to Trust Board who hold regular Trust board meetings, develop policies and procedures, assist with applications for grants and fundraising as well as providing mentoring, support and training for Directors.
