Charitable Purpose

The Association of Nigerians in New Zealand Incorporated (the "Association") is a not-for-profit incorporated society established to promote the welfare, cultural preservation, and community integration of Nigerians residing in New Zealand. As a registered charity under the Charities Act 2005, the Association operates exclusively for charitable purposes, ensuring public benefit without private pecuniary gain.
