Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The Trust will attempt to alleviate some of the financial & social pressures and difficulties encountered within the Opotiki community, and will provide: a) Budgeting b) Counselling, Advocacy and Referrals c) Family / Whanau Support d) Information and Advice e) An outlet to recycle used clothing f) other services, facilities or programmes from time to time deemed beneficial to clients or the wider community.

Entity Structure

a) The affairs of the Trust shall be managed by an appointed board composed of the following people, and numbering at least three but no more than seven : 1) Chairperson 2) Secretary 3) Treasurer 4) Volunteers
