Charitable Purpose

The Trust exists to establish, manage, administer, facilitate, advance, and promote charitable schemes, projects, programmes, and services that benefit the Muslim and wider community in the areas of: • Advancement of Islamic religion and culture in accordance with the Qur’an and the Authentic Sunnah; • Relief of poverty and hardship, including culturally sensitive services and support; • Health, including the establishment and operation of health, wellbeing, and support services; • Education, including the establishment and support of educational services, programmes, and financial assistance. The Trust may raise, receive, and apply funds through donations, grants, joint ventures, consultation, and partnerships with charitable, community, government, or private organisations, where such collaboration advances the objects of the Trust. All activities of the Trust shall be exclusively charitable in accordance with New Zealand law.
