Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the Trust will be to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome GSPs throughout New Zealand. In particular the Trust will: 3.1 provide a rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming service for GSPs regardless of their circumstances; 3.2 to establish an animal sanctuary for GSPs; and 3.3 provide other support and assistance consistent with this charitable purpose

Entity Structure

Trust Structure: Our Trust Deed states that the board will comprise of no less than two(2) Trustees and no more than ten(10). We currently have three(3) Trustees that constitute our governance board, includes three executive officer positions, president, treasurer and secretary. Operational Structure: Our operations are managed by the volunteer Trustees, supplying guidance, information and support.
