Entity Structure

Society structure: our constitution states that members shall vote in a management committee that shall include at least a President, Treasurer, Secretary, Safety Officer and a maximum of five other members. Operational structure: the society has an overall 5-10 year ‘concept plan’ which lays down the overall goals and objectives of the society. Each year, at the AGM, the members vote on the next year’s activities and priorities as proposed by the President and committee.
