Charitable Purpose

Kelburn Out of School Care Trust ("the Trust") exists to provide a high quality, non-profit making, out of school, community childcare service, to take an interest in other non profit childcare organisations, and to do any other act within New Zealand that advances the above charitable aims.

Entity Structure

The Trust is governed by a Board of a minimum number of four members and a maximum number of six members. At least two thirds of the Board members are to be user parents/guardians/caregivers or have been user parents/guardians/caregivers in the last two years. The Board members are responsible for the management of all the affairs of the Trust.
