Our Vision: All rainbow young people in Aotearoa New Zealand have a sense of safety and belonging in their schools and communities.

Entity Structure
Our Trust Deed states that we must have between three and nine youth trustees under the age of 27 and a minimum of two and a maximum of four trustees as Executive Advisors over the age of 27. Two youth trustee spaces and one Executive Advisor position must be held by tangata whenua.
Our operations are managed by a small team of paid employees.
