Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Make grants to organisations (including schools or other charities) loans to individuals, in the advancement of education within the community assisting talented New Zealand students to pursue further post-tertiary studies of excellence at prestigious institutions abroad and to assist with those endeavours by providing grants to assist with the students' accommodation costs, including at present, the Victoria Leagues Student House in Bayswater London(Hostel). Providing such further support to the students as may be reasonable and appropriate. To improve the students ability to obtain employment in the future by providing them with an opportunity to expand and extend their technical expertise by virtue of the advanced post-tertiary studies in London, and in time bring their skills and experience back to New Zealand. To offer a Postgraduate Nursing award to the value of $ 5,000 to help those in financial need and academic achievement to New Zealand Citizens living in the Auckland region
