Entity Structure

Communication service for the deaf inc (CSD INC) is a holding company of CSD NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (CSD NZ LTD) CSD INC is engaged by CSD NZ LTD to provide management and administration services of its personnel as required from time to time including planning, coordination, budgetary control, general financial services & other advice. The Chief Executive Officer and Chief Legal Officer of CSD INC both serve as directors of CSD NZ LTD along with Philippa Smith Lambert (NZ based representative)
