To be culturally, socially, economically and politically self sufficient so that the Marae can sustain the future wellbeing of our Whanau, Hapu and Iwi:
To maintain, develop and restore Hiruharama Marae as an operational and functioning marae.
To maintain positive relationships that will accelerate the development of whanau, Hapu and Iwi.

Entity Structure
Hiruharama Marae is operated by an elected committee, represented by a chairperson, deputy chairperson, secretary and treasurer. The committee is responsible for the day to day running of marae activities. The whanau of the marae are responsible for electing the aforementioned committee and trustees.
