"Governance structure: Pacific Health Services started in 1999. It was initially established under the umbrella of the Hutt Union and Community Health Services. In 2001, it became an independent pacific health service provider. A Board made up of representatives from the main Pacific groups in the Hutt Valley governs PHSP.
