To determine and act for the SIASI KONISITUTONE TAU'ATAINA O TONGA (NZ) FAKAONGOONGO KI TONGA in all matters including but not restricted to legal administrative or otherwise pertaining to the growth welfare or advancement of the Church in New Zealand or in any part of the world.
