Charitable Purpose

1. To assist any patients who are financially or socially disadvantaged or both. 2. To provide and facilitate appropriate care and treatment to people in desperate need without restricting the scope of the foregoing. 3. To provide financial assistance to such organisations, groups or individuals that are endeavouring to provide such aid. 4. To employ both capital and income of the Trust fund for the furtherance of any charitable purposes in NZ which are from time to time selected by the trustees in accordance with the provision of this deed.
