Charitable Purpose

The Trust’s primary responsibility is the maintenance and upkeep of 7 rural halls; so that they are in good order, comply with regulations, and are available for use by the Community.

Entity Structure

The Trust consists of a Board of 9 Trustees who oversee the governance of the Trust. Up to seven of the Trustees are appointed by their respective hall committees, and 3 Trustees are appointed by the Wanganui Rural Community Board.
