Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

We are a bunch of everyday kiwi's with a heart for the South Pacific Islands. We are passionate about giving a 'hand up not hand out'. We love to inspire people from all walks of life to join us on one of our projects and experience the amazing South Pacific cultures. We are also non denominational bible believing Christians, not affliated to any one church. We believe in living our faith in not only words but also actions. Supply skills and labour to improve the living conditions of the nations. It is our aim to _ •Provide training workshops to upskill nationals in order that they can improve their living conditions and opportunity to find work. •Repair existing buildings or build new ones while working alongside locals so they might learn valuable practical skills. •Work alongside the local community to encourage, inspire and uplift. •Remain totally sensitive to the people and places we visit.

Entity Structure

We consist of 5 trustees with Lisa the chairperson being the visionary driver of the trust. She and Robert make the day to day decisions but large directional or projects decisions are made at meetings. As trustees we are all self funded and take no money from the trust to aid us in our expenses. However some donors have at times requested the money be tagged for a certian trustee which is always really appreciated. Rob and Lisa choose to carry the cost of the administration.
