Charitable Purpose

The purpose was to Fundraise for and advance education by providing an effective communication link between the students, parents, caregivers, principal teachers and the Board of Trustees of Conifer Grove School. Encouraging and developing parental and community involvement in the School. Supporting the school through fundraising to improve facilities and opportunities for the benefit of students of Conifer Grove School, in accordance with school policies and guidelines. Maintaining a close liaison with the Board of Trustees of Conifer Grove School. The PTA has been disestablished and work is no longer taking place.

MEMBERS All parents, caregivers & staff of Conifer Grove School. OFFICE HOLDERS The Office Holders of the PTA consist of a President, Secretary & Treasurer - elected at each AGM. GENERAL MEETINGS - Monthly The quorum is a minimum of 5 members present including 1 Office Holder. Provide 7 days written notification of each GM specifying date, time & location of GM. The President chairs each GM, if decisions can't be made by consensus, then majority vote wins. The Chairperson has casting vote.
