trustees are appointed by election at a general meeting held every 5 years in the month of April.The mode of which new members are elected and shall be admitted and the mode in which by such admissions ,or for other purposes shall be by the vote of a majority of the members (not being any less than 5 in number) present at a general meeting convened for such purpose.
