Charitable Purpose

The Trust was established to administer the funding of the development of Otukaikino Reserve as a memorial for those who have had a funeral service conducted by Lamb & Hayward Ltd. The development and maintenance of the Reserve site has been contracted by the Department of Conservation.

Entity Structure

The Trust Deed states that there must be a minimum of five Trustees. The Trustees are: Mrs B O'Brien, Mr S Parkyn, Mrs S Bell, Mr R Smith and Mrs A Spencer. The day to day administration of the Trust is managed by Lamb & Hayward Ltd.
