Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To enhance the opportunities for young people by providing a full range of football activities and education around the Porirua and Wellington region. It is our vision to see a vibrant and thriving community where children are empowered to pursue their greatest ambitions. We see football as an incredible educational medium for helping young people overcome challenges, develop valuable life skills and learn to work together towards a common cause.

Entity Structure

Ole Academy has a Board consisting of five Committee Members, including a Chairman and Deputy Chairman. Our operations are managed by a team of ten paid employees including a General Manager, Technical Director, Administrator and Coaching Staff. Various volunteers support us with coaching and various activities throughout the year.
