Wanganui Incorporated is a charitable trust incorporated in New Zealand under the Charities Act 2005 (registration number CC43156) and is domiciled in New Zealand. Wanganui Incorporated is a Council Controlled Organisation (CCO) of the Wanganui District Council (WDC) according to section 6 of the Local Government Act 2002, by virtue of the Council’s right to appoint the Board of Trustees. The Trust consists of a Board of five Trustees who oversee the governance of the Trust.
