Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the Trust is to - • Facilitate the rebuilding of the community centre in Poutasi, Samoa using a combination of donated goods, materials services and monies. • Establish and implement a civil defence warning system in Samoa in conjunction with local authorities to prevent future loss of life. • Acquire and/or implement auxiliary civil defence products and projects as identified. • Provide other support and assistance consistent with these charitable purposes.

Our Trust Deed states that we must have between three and ten Trustees. The Trust has one remaining Trustee that constitutes our governance board. The Trust is in the process of being wound up and will be terminated upon the vesting and transfer of the remaining assets of the Trust.
