The trustees agree that, as a condition of registration and in accordance with section 61B of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, the Trust Deed will be given effect as if clause 1 of Schedule A of the Trust Deed has been removed from the Trust Deed. To that end they agree that providing tourist attractiions for the district of the Bay of Islands will no longer be a charitable object of the trust.
